Main​ Features:

This series of plug‑in optical flow sensors is a non‑contact fluid‑detection device based on infrared optical sensing. It features a transparent PC‑tube housing and incorporates built‑in infrared transmitting and receiving components. When the pipeline is empty or the fluid is stationary, the infrared beam undergoes total internal reflection at the transparent tube wall, resulting in no signal at the receiver. As fluid flows past the sensor, the refractive properties of the light change, enabling the receiver to detect a signal and thereby providing real‑time monitoring of fluid flow or liquid level.
